Our suite is equipped with a shower, toilet, and water dispenser for your convenience. We kindly remind you to bring your own towel, water bottle, and swimwear, which we encourage you to wear at all times during your visit.
Unwind, detoxify, and recharge both body and mind in The Recovery Club Finnish dry sauna. Optimal temperature set to 80°C.
How to use:

Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session.

Recommended Time: Start with shorter sessions (5 minutes) and gradually increase.

Listen to your body: Stop if you feel dizzy or lightheaded.

Using a sauna and ice bath together, known as contrast therapy, offers several scientific benefits. Alternating between heat and cold helps to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote recovery by flushing out toxins and increasing nutrient delivery to muscles. it can also improve cardiovascular health, boost metabolism, and enhance immune function
ICE BATH
Our Strength Station is designed to aid in recovery, build strength, and improve flexibility.
How to Use Our Recovery Station:

Take advantage of our compression boots, yoga mats, massage gun, foam rollers, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells to support your recovery and training.

Use all equipment responsibly and follow proper form to prevent injury, always being mindful of your limits.

After use, please clean and return all equipment to its proper place.
STRENGTH STATION AND RECOVERY AREA

Shower Before Use: Please shower with your swimwear on before entering the sauna or ice bath. This helps remove any detergents, oils, or creams from your skin and swimwear, maintaining water quality and ensuring a clean, refreshing experience for everyone.

Sauna Etiquette: Use a towel to sit on in the sauna, and always wear bathing suits in both the sauna and ice bath.

Mop Water: After using the ice bath, kindly mop up any water.

Wipe Equipment: Be sure to wipe down all equipment in the strength station after use.

Return Equipment: Please place mats and equipment back in their designated areas after use.
