When you book a session at The Recovery Club, the space is all yours — no one else will have access during your time slot. It’s your private place to relax, reset, and recover.
You’re welcome to bring one guest (maximum two people per booking) at no extra cost, so feel free to split the price between you.
What is a two person private recovery suite?
Click ‘Book Now’ on our website to head to our booking platform, Pitchbooking. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to quickly create an account.
Select the session(s) you want — don’t forget to check out our block booking deals — then head to checkout.
Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation email (check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear).
On the day of your session, you’ll receive your unique door code via email, or you can find it by logging into your Pitchbooking account under ‘Bookings’.
How do I book?
We’re located at 43 London Road, Stroud, GL5 2AJ in Palace Chambers.
The closest parking is directly behind us at the Stroud Multi-Storey and London Road surface car park — both are just steps away and free after 2pm.
Head to the left of the building and look for the black Recovery Club sign.
If you're walking from the high street, come through the black gates opposite Cornhill Roundabout and down the steps.
Please don’t park in the Palace Chambers private car park — it's reserved for business owners.

What's in the suite?
Your private 50-minute session includes access to our Finnish sauna, Chill Tub, Pulsio compression boots, weights, foam roller, massage gun, yoga mats, and a shower/changing area with shower gel, hairdryer, and a water dispenser (bring your own bottle).
What do I bring?
Before arriving, have your code ready. You’ll need to enter * followed by your number (e.g. *1234) to unlock the door. Please wait until your exact session start time before entering — the door will only open when your session begins.

A towel – to dry off between sauna, chill tub, and compression

A water bottle – hydration is key (and don’t forget to take it home!)

What do I do in an emergency?
In an emergency, press the panic button located beside the sauna. If there’s a fire, activate the fire alarm immediately. You can also contact us directly at info@therecoveryclubuk.com or call 07955 286220. Please read our terms and conditions before your visit to ensure a safe and smooth session.
What do I do if I'm late to my session?
Your session time is fixed, so if you arrive late, you’ll still need to leave at the scheduled end time. We recommend arriving on time to make the most of your recovery. Sticking to your slot ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know ideally 24 hours in advance by emailing info@therecoveryclubuk.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
